Your new company
You will be emerged in to an up and coming resources company and be in direct contact with the company’s CEO and CFO with in a small sized office. The culture is highly professional yet moderately paced and an extremely friendly environment to work in.


Your new role
In your new position you will be fielding phone calls and relaying messages, maintaining office and boardroom upkeep, working closely with the CFO on a daily basis and opening up the office at the start of business each day. You will also be required to organise travel for the CEO and keep up the professional look of the business.


What you'll need to succeed
For you to excel in this position you will need to be a highly organised individual, have exceptional time management skills, a professional demeanour and be able to work autonomously. You will also have exceptional communication skills, be friendly and accommodating and be happy with a quiet, boutique office environment.
