Our client is an established organisation specialising in appliance repairs in Melbourne`s west who are currently seeking a fulltime administration officer to join their team.

Skills and Experience

This position would suit a person with administration experience and someone who has worked within the appliance repair sector. Knowledge of Melbourne Metropolitan area is essential. Customer Service skills or experience is essential and advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Exc el and Outlook) is highly regarded.

Daily Duties
• Answering incoming calls
• Lodge service calls
• Booking appointments
• Data entry
• Attend to customer enquiries
• General administration duties
