We are currently seeking an Office Admin Support Person Experienced in AP & Payroll Processes for a 5 week assignment (with possible extension) in Port Kembla.

This role offers an immediate start for the right candidate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Making sure Invoices are paid correctly and on time
  • Processing Timesheets
  • Assisting in the Completion of Staff Payroll for approximately 75 Employees
  • Running reports for review by General Manager.

What we are offering:

  • 38 hours a week
  • Immediate Start
  • $26.25/ hour
