Your new organisation
This not for profit organisation works with individuals in the community and in shared independent living. The role is based in a new clinic in Frenchs Forest.

Your new role
In your role, you will be working as an Occupational Therapist to support children, young people and adults living with a disability. You will work with clients to develop action plans based on client's individual needs and to actively engage additional services and support. You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team and liaising with a broad range of stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have approved qualifications in Occupational Therapy and be registered with AHPRA. You will demonstrate clinical skills in the provision of community care including risk assessment and appropriate referral. You will have experience working in a disability service and supporting children, young people, adults and aging clients. You will have strong stakeholder experience and knowledge of NDIS and the Disability Services Act.
