Tabcorp Park Melton is the home of harness racing in Victoria.  We aim to be recognised as a premier entertainment & hospitality venue in the West, providing value for money and a great entertainment experience.

We are a unique seven day a week entertainment & hospitality venue with a range of racing and non-racing offerings including dining facilities, function & conference rooms, 41 room four-star hotel, gaming lounge and sports bar with TAB. THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the General Manager Tabcorp Park, this is a hand's on role where a dynamic and collaborative approach is essential for success.

In undertaking this responsibility, you will:

  • Lead & manage a team of four across marketing, client management, functions & events
  • Develop & drive local area marketing campaigns that promote the venues diverse facilities
  • Inspire new product development
  • Manage marketing budgets, sponsorship agreements & loyalty programs
  • Develop & manage Tabcorp Park's digital media plan
  • Post event evaluation
  • Manage and enhance Tabcorp Park's brand & shape local community engagement

ABOUT YOU

You will possess enthusiasm and drive to pursue outstanding results.  Ideally, you are very creative, pragmatic, and hands-on marketing professional with the following experience and attributes:

  • Demonstrated marketing experience, preferably gained in a multi-faceted entertainment & hospitality venue or complex
  • Proven experience developing strategies, campaigns & initiatives to drive exposure & patronage
  • Proficiency in a range of core marketing skills including local area marketing
  • Ability to develop engaging consumer promotions
  • Ability to effectively manage projects on time & within budget
  • Excellent time management, organising & planning skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • The ability to liaise with many stakeholders
