A council located 20 East of Melbourne is seeking an experienced parking officer.
Your new company
located 20 minutes east of the CBD this vibrant council is in need of a parking officer to back fill a long service leave. This council is equipped with all the highest technology that makes the role more enjoyable.
Your new role
Reporting to a supportive Parking Team Leader and working as one of the Council's Parking Officers, you will be liaising with members of the general public in relation to parking enforcement. You will be issuing parking infringements where relevant in cases of non compliance and be patrolling the local municipality by car and foot patrol.
What you'll need to succeed
As an experienced Parking Officer, you will demonstrate your industry knowledge and expertise and will be able to communicate with the general public in a confident and professional manner. With the ability to acknowledge non compliance in relation to parking enforcement matters, you will be able to provide advise to the wider community as well as issue parking infringements when required.
Please note: No training will be provided for this role and only applicants who possess relevant experience working for a Local Council as a Parking Officer will be shortlisted and considered.
