L2 Service Desk Technician

Our client is a well-established IT services provider with main focus to provide technology advice and support while helping to increase their clients technical efficiency.

An excellent opportunity has just come up for Level 2 Service Desk Technician to join their dynamic team during the next 4 weeks of the busy work period.

To be considered for this opportunity you will possess the following:

  • 1-3 years of commercial experience in IT service desk support role
  • Excellent customer service / communication skills
  • Willingness and desire to learn new things
  • Experience with Office365, VMWare and some networking skills would be highly desirable

Although the contract would just be for 4-6 weeks, however, if you manage to fit in well within the team, there is a possibility for further extension.
