Internal Sales Support
Our client is a global market leader within the manufacturing industry, with a strong Australian presence. Based north of the Adelaide CBD, this office is home to a small, close-knit team who pride themselves on their collaborative approach to achieving common, rewarding goals. As a newly created position, this is a great long-term, full-time, permanent opportunity.
As the internal sales support, you will join the Adelaide sales office. This position will be largely responsible for planning, mapping and monitoring the construction market, through various websites and the company database, to search for and identify sales opportunities for the team. This will be done through building and maintaining relationships with trade contractors and product merchants, either over the phone or via email. Providing customer service to stakeholders who require assistance in coordinating their project, you will also be responsible for:
To be successful in this position you must have advanced computer skills and the ability to touch type. You will be a motivated, self-starter who prides themselves on their organisation skills and ability to manage administrative projects. You will be proactive to follow up quotes and enquiries, understanding the importance of timely responses. Experience with sales or within the construction industry would be advantageous.
