About the role

In this role you will provide support to the business and sales team ensuring accuracy in administrative functions. It is critical that you have a strong customer focus and attention to detail.

You will assist the sales manager and sales staff with the co-ordination of all sales activities including quotations and follow up, forecasting, reporting, contact review and master data maintenance.


  • Provide support to our sales team
  • Processing orders, developing quotes and scheduling duties
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports
  • Provide general administration support to the wider team

Experience and skills:

  • A strong administration and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Be proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Meet tight deadlines and ensure a high level of attention to detail
  • Confident dealing with a range of people at different levels both internally and externally
