The Position… plays a leading role in the delivery of specific projects and change programs within the respective IFM (Integrated Finance Model) project portfolio. You will be a member of the branch leadership team and will work closely with financial professionals. You will monitor cost, schedule the technical performance of component projects and operations, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the project. You will also be responsible for determining and coordinating resources and managing budget for your assigned projects. Stakeholder, change management and project delivery are core capabilities of this role.

In addition, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement the IFM Action Plan projects within scope and on time and budget in accordance with stakeholder expectations.

You will have… (selection criteria)

  • Change Management qualifications and previous experience working with change processes in regards to the delivery of complex, enterprise-wide transformations

  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process (experience with ADKAR is an advantage) and experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (example: Prosci, ITIL)

  • A tertiary qualification in business, technology or project or change management related areas

  • Recognised qualifications in problem solving and root cause identification which may include Agile, Lean and Six Sigma, Lean or Agile methodologies

  • Project management qualifications (or satisfactory equivalent) and knowledge of Project Management tools and techniques, as well as a thorough understanding of the various project management knowledge areas

  • Solid understanding of how Information Technology applies to business activities

  • Demonstrated experience in the application of Business Analysis tools and techniques

  • Must be a team player and able to work with and through others, influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including active listening, negotiation and influencing, facilitation of meetings and workshops, and customer relationship management

  • Strategic thinking with a commitment to continuous improvement.
