Your new role
As a Retention Consultant you will play a vital role in supporting customers of ANZ Bank with their banking needs, by utilising your exceptional problem solving and rapport building skills. You will be required to identify the customer's needs and negotiate a solution in order to reduce the overall customer attrition.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a genuine passion for providing first class customer service; you have the ability to listen to the customer’s needs, experience in negotiating and influencing outcomes, excellent attention to detail, the ability to operate various systems at one time, you have exceptional communication skills and the desire to work towards individual targets and team goals.
