Your new role
Receiving inbound calls from new and existing customers, your goal is to provide exceptional customer service and tailored solutions to meet the customers needs. This role is ethical sales, you will need to actively listen to your customer and look out for trigger points and uncover opportunities to benefits the customers financial future.
This role requires you to be available to work full time, on a rotating roster from Monday - Friday working between the hours of 8am - 8pm.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a genuine passion for providing first class customer service; you have the ability to listen to the customer’s needs whilst operating various systems at one time, you have exceptional communication skills, the desire to work towards individual targets and team goals.
