Our client is a medium sized privately owned company who have developed a strong presence across the country due to delivering on their promises and exceeding client expectations

This company is a one-stop shipping and logistics service provider which utilises their extensive network & own resources.

Currently they are seeking a new addition to their team within a dual role - Import Sea Operations & Office Administration. As an experienced candidate you will possess at least 1-2 years experience within Import Sea Freight or administration within a Freight Forwarding environment.

Your assignment will consist of the following tasks:

  • Office admin/reception duties
  • Job registrations
  • Sea Automation - lodging manifests and reporting to customs
  • Extensive liaising with customers - extensive customer service for your select accounts
  • Interaction with Shipping Lines and other co loaders and clients
  • Coordinating ED/O's
  • Track and trace of international cargo
  • Invoicing - disbursements and finals

You will demonstrate that you have the following skills:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in Import Sea
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Professional and polished presentation.
  • High levels of initiative
  • A team player attitude

Salary - - candidate dependant - up to $45 - $50k + Super
