This global organisation is one of Australian's largest equipment hire company supplying a wide variety of markets. Based in Sydney, they are currently in search of a HR Generalist to lead a team and support the wider HR business. Strong focus on SAP Success Factors is key
Your new role
The team lead will lead a small team of HR Coordinators with the responsibility to facilitate the efficient and effective provision of key centralised HR services, mainly using SAP Success Factors. You will also be involved with HR Generalist activities to assist and support the wider team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a number of years HR experience with a strong focus on data / analytics and systems. An understanding of SAP Success Factors along with either Oracle, Workday or another HR system is key.
