Your new company

Your new role
You will provide operation support to the wider business for a broad range of needs, focusing mainly on the employee relations aspect. Working in a team of 4, partnering with the business to drive initiatives and develop key stakeholder relationships, ensuring all objectives are met.



  • engage with stakeholders and off support through sound legislative advice

  • coordination and administration of HR procedures

  • employee relations and case management

  • recruitment and selection

  • develop policies and procedures and improvements

  • develop strategies around engagement and focus




What you'll need to succeed
Senior and demonstrated experience in both generalist and ER, previous background in a similar industry will be highly favorable. Patience, a good hands on can do attitude and the ability to work proactively and without direction. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to step up into a leadership capacity when needed and drive confidence in stakeholders.
