A public sector organisation is looking to recruit a senior Human Resources leader to work across their performance driven organisation. You will be working for an organisation that has a direct impact on the community.
Your new role
In this position you will work in a very agile and fast paced environment with a fantastic culture. You will have general HR responsibilities to support the organisation through some ongoing changes and workforce related issues, but also have a focus around finalising the organisations EBA.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced and strategic thinking Business Partner that will play an active role within the organisation. You will have a strong industrial relations background having dealt with a number of complex issues with unions and it is essential that you have had exposure to EBA negotiations previously. You will have partnered with a varied workforce previously and shown excellent stakeholder engagement to deliver on a number of different HR tasks.
