The HR Advisor/Business Partner will be a generalist professional responsible for providing HR Support and Advise across the business

Our client is within the Mining industry based in Regional NSW.


Some of the key responsibilities of this role will be:

  • End to End recruitment
  • Employee Performance Management and Development Review processes
  • HR and Business Policies and Procedures - ensuring they reflect current legislation as well as company vision/goals.
  • Succession planning
  • Leadership Development
  • Industrial Relations/Employee Relations - Grievances and Disciplinary investigations


The successful candidate will need to:

  • Have relevant Human Resources/Business qualifications
  • 3-5 years of Human resources experience
  • Strong People management skills
  • Impressive communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience with SAP - as a preference
