About the role

This opportunity requires an experienced administrator to undertake a range of administrative and accounting responsibilities within the business.

Skills and Experience

Ideally the successful candidate will have extensive administration and accounts experience. Experience in marketing, IT and web development is highly desirable as well as technical writing skills. Intermediate or advanced computer skills (Word and Excel) and knowledge of Xero Accounting Software are essential to the position.

Daily Duties

Answer incoming calls
Prepare meeting minutes
Prepare proposals
Review incoming tenders
Recruit new employees
Accounts receivable and payable duties
Arrange accommodation and travel
Organise social events for staff
Order office supplies
Update social media platforms and newsletters
Any ad hoc tasks required by management
