Your new company
Operating globally, this OEM company are now seeking an immediately available Heavy Diesel Fitter to work with their vehicles on busy mine sites in the NT. You will join their well-established team on a temporary on-going contract with the opportunity to develop your career within this industry.
Your new role
Due to an increase of activities on site, a position now exists for a Heavy Diesel Fitter to join the team. It will be your role to fault find, perform diagnostics, service and maintain heavy mining equipment. Experience working with Komatsu equipment will be highly regarded. This position is FIFO to/from Darwin only, interstate candidates are welcome to apply but please be aware you will have to make your own way to Darwin for flights to sight.
What you'll need to succeed
Along with a trade certificate, you will ideally have extensive experience working in a mining based environment with a solid knowledge of open surface mining equipment both in breakdown, diagnostics and fault finding.
What you'll get in return

In return for your hard work you will receive flights from Darwin to site along with a comfortable camp and facilities when you’re working along with a flexible roster of either 10:4 or 7:7.
