We seek health and education professionals with various levels of experience to deliver on current project commitments as well as help us deliver on a robust future growth strategy in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

We have a variety of positions available to suit the right candidates to join the team. We would like to hear from career-minded Advisory, Project Management and Engineering professionals who can demonstrate experience in health and education infrastructure and be part of our success.

The role(s) will take responsibility for components of the following:

  • Providing Advisory, Project Management and Consulting services to public and private clients specifically on the health and/or education projects
  • Leading the development of business cases, due diligence and technical advisory services in health and education infrastructure
  • The management and delivery of a portfolio of assigned projects throughout the entire project lifecycle as a Client Side Project Manager
  • Technical Engineering and design of health and education infrastructure
  • Developing relationships with our key clients, and providing and expanding our services to meet their needs.
  • Nurturing and further developing strong relationships with a wide range of critical internal and external stakeholders and clients
  • Mentoring and developing staff members within the wider health and education team

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Significant project experience at all phases of a project's life cycle
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and proven project leadership responsibility
  • A demonstrated ability to foster and evolve client relationships and the ability to manage and motivate external and internal stakeholders to drive the growth platform of our health and education business
  • An appreciation of risk and how this can influence client decisions
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Economics, Commerce or similar

This role may suit experienced individuals from a range of professional profiles, however asset and project delivery knowledge is fundamental.  Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in public and private interface is important. Amongst the professional attributes sought are genuine strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities, commercial acumen, influencing skills and the versatility, flexibility, credibility, intelligence, energy, focus and professional ethics necessary to add value.
