This company is looking for a Strong Sous Chef to step up or a junior Head Chef that is super passionate, creative and strong in staff training and mentoring. You will have the autonomy to create and develop a brand new menu and launch the new restaurant. Direct reporting to the General Manager you will be expected to build strong relationships with Local Suppliers of Meat, Fruit and Veg and locally sourced specialty items
