Mercure Penrith offers all their front office team training and the opportunity to not only learn Reservations and F&B but to cover these departments as required.

Get to know our wonderful return guests; check them out of their room and pop around to the bar to make them their favourite barista made take away coffee!

Be the first point of contact, make reservations, get to know its a guests birthday and that they are staying for a Panthers game, set them up as "Guest of the Day" then really impress them upon check-in when you hand them the keys and surprise them with a Panthers themed decorated room!

We give you the opportunity to impress, to delight and to surprise our guests in your own special way. Add your own personal touch, well support you!

Experienced in Hotel operations? Used Opera before? Happy to work early morning or late evenings including weekends and public holidays?

Come and shine with us! Due to internal promotions we are looking for casual Front Office staff to join our already exceptional front office team. 3-5 Shifts per week depending on occupancy. Views to perm opportunities for fantastic team players!
