Coaching a small team to successfully achieve targets
Our client is a global company hosting over 80 events every year across a range of different countries and industries including digital marketing, construction, design, hospitality and energy to name a few. In the APAC market, they host 10 events over the course of the year focussed on digital marketing and they are looking for a Group Sales Manager to come on board to manage the sales team, key clients and bringing on new sponsorships for the events.
The role: As the Group Sales Manager, you will be working closely with the marketing team and senior management on everything related to the 10 events spread across the year. You will be selling into CEO's, CMO's and Marketing Managers across the IT, technology, advertising technology and digital marketing companies as well as advertising agencies. It will be a 50/50 split between managing existing accounts and bringing in new business, being a global company you will get to go on an overseas multiple times a year. You will also have a small team to manage on a daily basis, you will set their targets and coach and mentor them.

Lead by example, this a player coach role, you need to drive success through the team coaching a developing starting with your own results.
Autonomy, you will be driving the sales division of this business and will be left to your own devices to do so!
