BT Life has been appointed as the preferred insurer for the BTFG Corporate Superannuation offering, and will transform the business proposition across all Group Insurance Products through the delivery of an end to end insurance platform and enhanced operating model and due to growth we are seeking talented customer focused individuals to join our administration team.
AsGroup Life Administratoryou will be accountable for the day to day administration tasks of the Group Life Administration team including:
  • Processing new business and underwriting administration for Group Life insurance applications, outstanding requirements, and follow ups
  • Calculating and pay Stamp Duty and reinsurance premiums
  • Processing Reinsurance Claims recoveries
  • Completing Annual reviews and renewal costings
  • Receipt and monitoring of new Employer Quotations
  • Maintaining Premiums received, allocations and follow ups
  • CLOAS Processing for cash receipts and premium payments
  • Reconciling Membership data
  • Quality checking work processed by peer team members
  • Answering email, written and telephone enquiries from Employers, Members and planners
  • Maintaining a diary system to ensure outstanding requirements are received
  • Providing support and assistance to all other teams areas such as the Trustee Super Admin teams, CSD, Underwriting, Claims, Actuaries and Product as required
  • Dashboard reporting
  • Maintaining reports, registers, and tools to ensure that all business is recorded
  • Reporting any irregularities or difficulties with applications and/or procedures to manager
