Fantastic opportunity in GP owned clinic. Busy mixed billing clinic offering skin cancer, cosmetic and occupational services alongside family health.
The Practice & Role This practice has been in the community for over 10 years and has a very well established patient base. You will be joining a great team who are really friendly and where retention is high. There are 4 GPs and 7 consulting rooms with a very high ratio of nurse to doctor. The 3 nurses at the practice (one nurse practitioner, one registered nurse and one enrolled nurse) are very pro-active and have full responsibility for care plans and recalls as well as bloods. The admin and support staff provide an efficient working environment. There is a good socio economic and demographic mix at the practice which has been historically more elderly but has changed with more young families joining the practice as a result of effective marketing campaigns. Patient satisfaction is very high.
The practice offer a range of services including occupational health and work closely with a nearby corporation. They have one of the largest cosmetic clinics in the area and will offer training to interested doctors. Their skin cancer clinic ensures each GP sees around 5-6 skin patients every day. The practice have dental services and a visiting gastroenterologist. Opening hours are 8.30-6.30pm weekdays and 9am - 1pm on Saturdays. The software used at the practice is Medical Director and they have full accreditation for General Practice and Cosmetic services. Criteria
