This dynamic organisation has been a market leader within the utilities industry for more than a decade. With a great name in the marketplace and promoting brilliant working culture they currently require an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to join their team for four weeks.


Your new role



  • First point of contact for incoming calls and visitors

  • Meeting room management

  • Manage facilities and all mail

  • Travel Coordination

  • Event coordination

  • General ad hoc tasks as required




What you'll need to succeed



  • Prior Reception or Administration experience

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Be approachable and proactive with a team player attitude

  • Ability to multi-task and keep calm under pressure

  • Knowledge of the MS Suite
