Your new role
The job requires someone who has a clear understanding of the sales process from order receipt to invoice production and who can also support the customer service and sales team. Main duties:
What you'll need to succeed
You need a clear communication style in order to deal with customer calls as well as an accurate and organised approach to entering orders onto the system.You must have prior experience in SAP as you will be utilising it on a day to day basis. Due to the nature of the role you must have intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office.
