Your new company
My client is a fast paced, forward thinking Accounting firm based in open plan, modern offices in Melbourne CBD. They are a well established national firm who are continuing to grow and are therefore seeking an experienced Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Your new role
Your new role will see you join the Business Services team supporting the Accountants and Principals. The key duties will include; reviewing annual reviews, downloading and compiling annual review packages, following up invoices, preparing payments, monthly invoicing for company Incorps, Trust & SMSF’s, ASIC portal management, processing ABN & TFN applications, GST and PAYG registrations, business name registrations, renewals and transfers, lodgement of company forms, the deregistration process and general client database maintenance and management.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience in a Chartered Accounting firm. You will be exceptionally well presented, articulate with strong communication skills and process driven. High attention to detail, strong customer service and a solutions focused approach will be instrumental to your success in this role.
