We’re looking for a highly motivated, energetic Senior Account Manager with a can-do attitude to exceed business targets and execute strategies to grow market share across the portfolio & delight the customer. The role will also involve working closely with the extended Optus teams when working with existing clients and onboarding new Tier one customers and Solutions to drive whole-of-business sales and grow wallet share within the portfolio.
You’ll be allocated a portfolio of Key accounts to manage with the objective of retaining and growing the share of wallet by increasing the multi-product holdings of the customer. Building a co-created strategy to support their business objectives.
A proven track record of successful Enterprise account management, face-to-face relationship selling, and prospecting new opportunities is vital and success in this role will be evident through the achievement of business targets such as new gross ads in mobiles, core services, fixed voice/data, advocacy etc. Strong ability to effectively differentiate from our competitors in the experience that Optus can provide customers and to engage with Senior Executives across a range of Enterprise organisations is key.
Skills & Experience:
You’ll bring substantial experience in Account Management & or Business Development. Be commercially astute with sound understanding of business drivers and successfully generate new business and the grow existing accounts or industry segments.
Experience operating in both relationship and transactional sales and marketing environments, with a proven sales track record in achieving growth through acquisition strategies, sales teams and customer loyalty through strong relationships will also be required in this role.
