Your new company
A leader in the Construction industry has a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist to join their team in their North Ryde. This company has managed to double their sales taking more market share in the last financial year. Due to this growth they require a career receptionist to hit the ground running on a temp to perm basis.

Your new role
As the face of the company, it is important that you are extremely well presented, have excellent communication skills and provide a professional and efficient service.

You will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors

  • Manage a busy switchboard

  • Book meeting rooms

  • Order stationary.

  • Provide administrative support to the project team.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you should be highly organised and have the ability to manage multiple tasks. Previous experience working on Reception is essential so that you are able to hit the ground running in a new environment.
