Your new role
The Project Developer will oversee the coordination of a broad portfolio of projects following the organisation's Innovation model. You will lead small to medium scale projects running concurrently from conception to delivery by defining and scheduling project activities, facilitating project meetings, producing project documents and outputs and escalating roadblocks as they arise. As part of a broader team of Project Developers, your role will broadly target data analysis and reporting activities to effectively utilize operational data to make informed project decisions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will demonstrate a seasoned ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a broad range of stakeholders and you thrive on working in a highly structured environment. You acquire new concepts on the fly and your time management and organisation skills will contribute to your success in the Project Management Office.Your previous experience analysing data using tools such as Excel, SAS, Tableau, RapidMiner or others will make you a standout Candidate for this role. Ideally, you have some exposure and a broad understanding of NFP operations and governance.
What you'll get in return
You will be compensated annually circa $70-80K base salary commensurate on your experience and skill level, plus an open concept office space and central Cairns location are other perks of this role.
