Michael Page Property and Construction are currently recruiting a Contracts Administrator for a leading Tier 2 Building Contractor. This role represents a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to transition to Project Management within the next 24 months.


Client Details


Our client is a leading mid tier builder with a diverse project workbook across Education, Retail, Government and multi-residential building. They have been in business for over 20 years and have a track record of promoting CAs to Project Management based on performance.


Description


Responsibilities will include:




    • Create and manage the construction program

    • Manage the construction budget


    • Monthly Construction reports on current projects




    • Management of client and consultants




    • Manage and work closely with the Site team to ensure the program, quality and safety are meeting all set expectations















Profile


Selection criteria will include:



  • Minimum 3 years post graduate experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Construction Management

  • Experience using construction software packages (e.g. Cheops, Jobpac, Procore)

  • Stable career history
