Looking for immediately available administrators and receptionist for an ongoing part time role

Your new company
Your new company is within the manufacturing industry and is based in the inner west. The company has a small team of 5 people as well as warehouse staff. Very family friendly and welcoming.

Your new role
Your new role will be a 3 day a week position, however you will have to be flexible on the days. The role will involve:

  • customer service

  • administration

  • data entry

  • taking in orders

  • processing invoices

  • adhoc duties

You will also be trained over time and the position will eventually become a full time position as the role grows. not much room to grow and progress within but more responsibilities will be included.

What you'll need to succeed

  • clear and strong communication skills

  • immediately available

  • customer service experience

  • minimum of 5 years administration experience

  • system savvy

  • ability to adapt to small office environments

  • switched on and eager to help out

What you'll get in return
You will get an immediate start into a temporary position. The company is looking for a permanent employee but for the right candidate. Flexible on working days but you will also be open to working full time later on.
Close to main road and buses. Really friendly team that is close knit and support each other.
