Your new role
Account Manager will be responsible managing accounts of key clients from medium to large organisations in Australia. You will be responsible for managing the travel inquiries, consult in choosing the right travel solution and making sure you are providing the best customer service for business clients. You will provide insights and travel advice regarding tailored travel solutions for clients.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to have previous experience in account management in B2B environment (ideally in travel industry). You need to have experience working on travel reservations systems such as Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport or similar. You need to present strong communication skills and passion for travel & client success. If you are willing to develop in travel industry – this role is for you!
