The company uses a suite of tools to provide a service which enables customers to make significant savings on their mortgages. Due to market growth, Sales Consultants are needed to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time for the company who plans to be the number one brand in the market.


Your new role
You will engage with customers by telephone and assist them in choosing the right loan. As a Sales Consultant for this leading FinTech, you will liaise with the Client Solutions team whilst delivering the best customer experience.



  • Engage with inbound warm leads by phone, undertaking a detailed needs analysis, then educating, structuring and recommending the appropriate home loan product that suits the customer needs.

  • Regularly following up with customers and their journey in the loan application progress.

  • Using Salesforce CRM to ensure the upkeep of Customers’ home loan data.

  • Working closely with external lending institutions to facilitate a smooth application process and the best in customer experience.

  • Meeting ASIC compliance requirements as it relates to operating within the Australian mortgage lending industry.




What you'll need to succeed



  • Proven experience in a sales or contact centre role selling banking products within a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Passionate about customer service and the customer journey.

  • Tech-savvy and knowledge of all things digital.

  • Driven & motivated, with the ability to engage & influence.
