Based in Macquarie Park in modern offices, this Global Specialist Company are seeking customer focused individuals to join their collaborative team!


Your new role


You will provide outstanding experiences to customers by; building rapport and strong relationships, managing phone and email inquiries, assisting with the processing of orders, responding to warranty and repair inquiries and maintaining data and solving customer queries.


What you'll need to succeed



  • Must be reliable and committed.

  • Excellent phone manner with strong communication skills and active listening skills

  • Experience in a healthcare industry desirable

  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and problem solve

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a customer service environment

  • A true team player with a strong work ethic

  • Salary of $26-$28 p/h + Super

  • Working Monday to Friday, 38-hour week (standard office hours)
