Your new company
This well-established distribution organisation based in Moorebank are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their finance team on a temporary contract for 4-6 weeks at $30-32ph. This role has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Your new role
Your duties will include:

  • overseeing the day to day duties of the Accounts Payable team

  • Perform full function AP related duties including processing service invoices, employee related expense claims, etc.

  • Managing a small offshore team

  • Responding to supplier account queries and resolving any invoice discrepancies

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to internal/ external stakeholders at all times

  • Manage domestic/ overseas payments as per the supplier trading terms

  • Assist with month-end closing reports and reconciliations

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have:

  • a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role

  • Immediate availability

  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude

  • Excellent communication skills

  • SAP experience (highly desirable)
