Your new role
You will be responsible for:



  • Coordinating facilities requests throughout the building

  • Organising contractors and trades for maintenance and upgrades

  • Conducting site inspections, maintenance schedules, works and upgrades

  • Contract management with cleaning, catering and other suppliers

  • Organising access cards and signing in guests and contractors on arrival

  • Administration, invoicing and raising purchase orders for works and suppliers






What you'll need to succeed



  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Facilities or Service Coordinator position

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholder

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Ability to prioritise competing work demands and time manage tasks

  • Polished and professional presentation
