Seeking a dedicated, energetic administration assistant to join a government department on a temporary basis.

Your new company
An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen within a Local Government Department. This organisation is seeking an all-round administrator with experience working in a corporate environment.

Your new role
In this position you will provide a broad range of administrative support to managers and the wider team. You will be required to take responsibility and ownership for various administrative jobs including, but not limited to, operating the switchboard, meeting and greeting visitors, organising incoming and outgoing mail, setting up meetings and managing the electronic filing for incoming correspondence. You will have excellent IT skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to be a dynamic person that enjoys managing a variety of tasks. You will also have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be highly IT proficient, including MS Word and Excel. Working holiday visa applicants are welcome.
