We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with strong call centre experience.


Client Details


Our client operates in the Financial industry and are based in the CBD. This is a full time positions with a leading specialist in the Finance industry who are eager to expand their high performing team.


Description


The main responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Taking high volume inbound calls

  • Providing exceptional customer service as a first point of contact for clients

  • Managing client portfolios

  • Making outbound follow up calls

  • Processing loan application and payments

  • Inputting high volume data entry and various clerical duties


Profile


The successful candidate will have prior experience in a busy call centre. Also required:



  • Demonstrated experience managing customer complaints and objection handling

  • Full working rights within Australia

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Advanced computer skills and ability to use various programs

  • Demonstrated experience handling customer accounts

  • Valid National Police Clearance
