Site Manager. $20M health project. Extension and fit-out if existing building.


Your new company
This commercial building company have an excellent reputation for delivering health, aged care, and commercial fit-out projects for clients across NSW. Their reputation within the industry is exceptional, as is their company culture which promotes a collaborative and cohesive approach to delivering a projects.


They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their Newcastle business and deliver this $20M health project.


You will be responsible for



  • Engaging and supervising trades

  • Scheduling of work

  • Procurement of all equipment and materials

  • WHS Management including carrying out inductions

  • Solving construction related issues

  • Communicating with the client and project manager




What you'll need to succeed



  • Previous experience as a Site Manager in the commercial building sector

  • Construction trade qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • The ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders across the project

  • Excellent time management skills
