  • Maintain and continually build relationships with all your customers

  • Manage and coach a small team of merchandisers

  • Analyse store sales results to identify areas of opportunities that will assist in achieving your set sales budget

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding within the market of your territory to assist the development of tactical and strategic sales plans

  • Build and influence displays in prime locations driving effective distribution of the brands

  • Travel throughout your territory ensuring customer engagement and call cycles


  • Field sales experience, ideally in FMCG or working in the retail channel

  • Degree qualified preferred, but not essential

  • Ability to work autonomously and being able to proactively manage a small team

  • Great time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills with an influential approach

  • Resilient and focused on achieving deadlines through effective time management

  • Valid driver’s license
