Business Development Executive

With their wide range of express parcel and package services, along with shipping and tracking solutions to fit the customer’s needs.


In this Business Development role (not limited to);



  • You'll research industry trends to stay in tune with your customer base

  • Combine your own sales approach with our standardized tools providing scalability and sustainability across our sales process

  • Focus on building long-term partnerships between customers, operations, and other support teams

  • You'll align internal resources and coordinate cross-functional teams to create a seamless solution for current or future customers – delivering on our promise to be The Provider of Choice

  • Seek and prospect for BC targets to win new customers generally in the $30k – $500k range Net Sales pa

  • You'll develop a pipeline to meet individual and business revenue goals






Now, here's what we need from you:



  • Successful history of building customer relationships and long cycle sales

  • Experience in customer negotiations

  • Superior organisational, prioritisation and multi-tasking ability

  • The ability to see the 'big picture' and have an innovative & proactive approach

  • Deep knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Logistics in general and specifically on DGF products (AFR/OFR/CDZ)

  • Minimum of three years sales experience in competitive markets

  • Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills

  • High degree of self-confidence, initiative, and commitment

  • Ability to work in a high demanding & complex environment

  • PC literate such as but not limited to Microsoft products (Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), LOGIS, Skype

  • High attention to detail
