Local Real Estate Agent are looking for experienced Sales Agents and Property Managers to join their team.

This Wollongong based Real Estate Agency has experienced tremendous growth and are now at the exciting prospect of bringing on experienced Sales agents/assistant and Property managers to complement their close knit team.


Your new role
Property Manager:
Being an experienced Property manager, you will bring your hard working attitude to the role to provide the highest level of customer service to all who engage the business. You will be supported by a leasing and administrative team and Agency Management. This dynamic role, allows the successful candidate to never get stale and always remain motivated. Daily tasks and activities can include:



  • Management of the agency’s residential property portfolio

  • Conduct routine rental inspections, ingoing and final inspections

  • Business development

  • Prospecting

  • Establish and maintain key relationships with landlords and tenants

  • Manage Rental Arrears

  • Attend NCAT hearings

  • Prepare Rental Bond claims






Sales Agent/Assistant:
Having experience within the Real Estate Sales industry, this role will catapult you to the next level in your career of becoming a fully-fledged agent or provide you with a new and exciting challenge. Our client are looking for talented and hardworking sales people to join and collaborate with their residential and new development sales team. You will be involved in all facets of the sales process, including:



  • Assisting buyers and vendors

  • Prospecting and Negotiations

  • Conduct market appraisals

  • Work with developers and buyers for “off the plan” sales

  • Manage buyer/vendor experience with high levels of customer service to establish key relationships

  • Attend and assist mid-week and Saturday open homes

  • Business Development

  • Attend valuations, appointments and inspections

  • Marketing and sales documentation






What you'll need to succeed



  • Experience in the Real Estate Industry

  • A current Real estate Certificate of Registration or Real estate License

  • Unrestricted Driver’s license with a reliable Motor Vehicle

  • Excellent written and verbal Communication

  • Professional presentation

  • A High level of Customer service

  • Highly motivated, hardworking, self-starter and humble

  • A team player

  • Ability to multi task, high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Rental Tenancies Act (Property Manager)

  • Experienced at Building and maintain long lasting relationships.
