Your new role
This fast paced role involves but is not limited to:

  • Process and book pick-ups

  • Data entry and logging jobs

  • Reporting on client data

  • High levels of customer service

  • Responding to email/fax enquiries

  • Internal liaison between departments

  • Other ad-hoc administration duties as required

This is a full time role Monday-Friday

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Transport and logistics experience essential

  • Enthusiastic and eager- to learn attitude

  • Ability to work within a team-based environment

  • Attention to detail

  • High levels of computer skills

  • Problem solving skills
