Dynamic media organisation is seeking an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join their Port Melbourne offices


Your new company
This forward thinking and dynamic Media Agency are specialists within their field and pride themselves on delivery quality products to some of the world’s biggest brands. Due to an internal promotion they are currently seeking an experienced and lively Office Coordinator to run the daily operations of their Port Melbourne based office’s on a full time permanent basis.


Your new role



  • First point of contact for all clients and visitors

  • Plan and coordination of events

  • Travel arrangements

  • Ordering of office supplies

  • Assist HR with on boarding of new employees and cultural activities

  • General administrative duties as required






What you'll need to succeed



  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work proactively with a hands on approach

  • High attention to detail with the ability to problem solve and make decisions independently

  • Enthusiastic and positive demeanour
