We currently have an exciting opening of a hybrid position that will have you conducting the accounts payable and the payroll function within a highly reputable health club. This opportunity offers the benefit of working in a fun working environment with a social culture.
Our client is one of Australia’s most renowned health club organisations. Our client has approximately 50 centres across Australia and offer a wide range of functions including: gym equipment, swimming pools and social rooms. This position is one that will have you working as an Accounts Payable/Payroll Officer at their Central Melbourne location, where you will be apart of an inclusive, large team working environment.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your role will include but will not be limited to:
The successful applicant would ideally have previous experience working in an end-to-end Payroll role and be comfortable to process a high number of Accounts Payable invoices on a daily basis. Being able to effectively multi-task and prioritise tasks to ensure that strict deadlines are met is crucial in this position. A high attention to detail is also mandatory in this position as well as a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience using a large ERP systems would also be advantageous.
