Your new company
This new centre is part of a fantastic supportive organisation who are passionate about encouraging curiosity, autonomy and confidence within children. This centre opened late last year and has state of the art facilities and spared no expense with resources. The centre has a clear dedication to sustainability and has a large outdoor area including animal corner. Due to growth of enrolments the centre now requires an Early Childhood Teacher for their preschool room.

This centre is easily accessible by public transport, has free onsite parking and allows free gym and swimming pool access for its educators.

Your new role
As an ECT you will work collaboratively with your team in the preschool room developing an engaging school readiness program. Your responsibilities will be focused on developing the program and initiating new ideas for the room. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the experienced Centre Director in implementing and researching innovative ideas for the preschool room, allowing you autonomy to bring your ideas to the centre.

The team of educators are very professional and friendly, communicating across rooms and teams to ensure a fluid and consistent program. You will share this philosophy and passion for team collaboration and have the ability to engage with a range of educators.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Early Childhood Teacher bachelor degree (ACECQA approved)

  • Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS

  • Previous experience developing a school readiness program

  • Excellent interpersonal and team work skills
