Client Details


Our client is based within the Building and Construction industry and are situated within Sydney Olympic Park. Their office is based within an Industrial park with a nice and modern office. Our client is looking for a Repair Coordinator to join their Administration team.


Description


The Repair Coordinator is responsible for managing the customer and client's expectations as the main point of contact. They will coordinate the internal trade team and engage trade contractors to complete repairs within the required time frames and to meet industry standards.


Supporting the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:



  • Liaise with trade contractors and suppliers to schedule works for each construction project in the most efficient manner

  • Contact the relevant party for every claim

  • Complete phone completion surveys with customers ensuring total satisfaction prior to finalising and invoicing project

  • KPI management

  • Escalate issues with customers and trade contractors to management

  • Coordinate make safe repairs


Profile


The successful candidate will possess:



  • Previous experience as a Repair/Service Coordinator

  • Experience within the Building and Construction industry

  • Proven experience within both Customer Service and Administration
