Amazing opportunity as an Administrator within a small Accounting Firm. CBD location, $55-65K +


Your new company
This well respected Accounting firm pride themselves on their inclusive culture, hardworking team and career progression they can offer. This that has seen them continue to be successful in the Australian market and grow their office in the CBD. They currently require an Administrator/Office Manager to join their Melbourne CBD office to support a team of eight. This will be a rewarding and busy role where no two day’s will be the same.


Your new role
The role will see you be a go-to person for the leadership team. This will include duties not limited to:



  • Front of house for the business

  • Fielding phone calls

  • Filling and data entry

  • Invoicing and banking

  • Preparing and collating reports or board packs

  • Taking minutes and internal reporting documents

  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms

  • Co-ordinating external service providers

  • Assisting with overflow, ad-hoc admin or projects

  • Booking travel




What you'll need to succeed
Culture fit will be paramount to your success in this role. You'll be confident working collaboratively with senior staff in the business, using your tenacity and strong communication skills to support the business. You'll pride yourself on strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise numerous tasks.


You will have worked in a corporate environment, with experience engaging with a broad range of clients. You'll be professional with a positive, can-do attitude and possess strong communication skills. Prior professional services experience will be highly regarded.
